I bet you heard all the news worth reporting, all about:
- Kanye’s outburst
- Serena’s outburst
- Another tribute to Michael Jackson
- Michael Jordan’s speech
- Joe Wilson’s outburst
But, did you hear all about the 1,000,000+ Americans that spoke out at our nation’s capital on Saturday? Or better yet, did you see it?
You may have read a little blurb about it, but what is really missing are the THE PICTURES. I believe the media is withholding this from Americans since it does not agree with their position. Also to keep us quiet and in our places.
Do you see all those yellow flags? Those are the Gadsden flags, you may remember as the coiled rattle snake with the wording “Don’t Tread on Me!” Now don’t get alarmed, this was a very peaceful rally. People brought children, small children in strollers, senior citizens, families, a broad mix of Americans. This was a very peaceful rally. This is middle America that is rising up. Enough is Enough!
Update 2: I heard on Glenn Beck show, that the picture above is from Constitution Ave and is overflow from The Mall. Click on this link to see Park Service estimates of the 2009 inauguration reported in USA Today. (Saw the USA Today link on Michael Malkin’s site) People also walked down Pennsylvania Avenue. This is just amazing.
After looking at these pictures, I ask and beg of you to forward this on and let others know that we are tired of BIG government, very concerned about the multi-TRILLION dollars of spending, and very concerned about what kind of country our children will live.
This picture taken in front of the Capitol on The Mall, London Daily Mail Online reports up to 2 million were in Washington to protest:

This is simply amazing! We the People!
Update 2: I have a couple more updates on this. From the American Thinker:
This post also has 2 “after” pictures…litter left after the 2009 coronation oops, inauguration, and litter left after Saturday’s 9/12/2009 event. Slobs vs.Neat. I have witnessed this at 2 tea parties with thousands of people in attendance and remarked such to those with me. After the 2 events I attended with thousands, there was not any litter left behind. As it should be.
Update 3: Police to March Organizers, You need to march now, there are too many people here, click this link to read the story. This was 2 hours before the march was scheduled to start. Too many people had gathered and needed to move the people down the street.
