AZ CD 5 Debate on C-Span

If you are interested in the Arizona 5th Congressional District, the debate held last week with two-term Democratic incumbent, Rep. Harry Mitchell, and challengers David Schweikert, a Republican, and Nick Coons, a Libertarian, will be shown on C-SPAN.   Robert Leger, Scottsdale Republic editorial page editor is the moderator.

You can watch it Monday, 8 p.m. on C-SPAN, or Sunday 8p.m. on Tempe Channel 11 government access station.

I have also seen it on youtube, but you miss parts of the debate.

From what I have heard from some attendees, Mitchell didn’t fare too well in the debate.  On Friday, three days after the Arizona Republic originally stated they would issue their recommendation, the Arizona Republic endorsed David Schweikert.
